Need help with Parent Awareness? We’re a small team of parents building this tool to help other parents stay ahead of teen slang, drug codes, and online safety risks. Reach out any time.
We reply within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri, USA CST). Please include your device type (Android or iPhone), a screenshot of the issue if possible, and a clear description of what happened.
Open the app → Settings → scroll to the red “Danger Zone” section → tap “Delete my account & all data”. This permanently erases everything we have about you from our servers within seconds. It cannot be undone.
If you can’t open the app for any reason, email us at parentawareness2026@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we’ll delete it manually within 3 business days.
1. Open the app → Pro tab → tap Restore Purchases. Wait 30 seconds and re-open the app.
2. If that doesn’t work, force-close the app and reopen it.
3. Still stuck? Email us with your order ID from the App Store / Play Store and we’ll fix it within 24 hours.
Parent Awareness is an educational reference tool, not a real–time crisis service. If you or your teen is in immediate danger, dial 911. For mental health emergencies, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — free, 24/7, in the US & Canada). To report online exploitation, contact NCMEC CyberTipline at 1-800-843-5678 or report.cybertip.org.
